Here’s another Texas bred beer. Good ole Deep Ellum Brewing Company from My city Dallas has made an IPA that goes down easy. From can to koozy to mouth. Introducing the Easy Peasy IPA, a full hearted but light bodied Indian pale ale. A light lemon, hoppy smell to tastes that vary from tangerine, lemon peel, to pine, and grapefruit. An awesome summer beer to wind down from a long day at work. At 5.2 % this gets a 4 out of 5. The perfect thirst quencher for any true Texan day.
